he's not that personable. i noticed that whatever we talked about during my last visit was not documented. so i couldn't follow up with him in regards to that information. it was about implants and not having to wear my dentures for ever. he said something about installing them one by one for me because i was having a really hard time adjusting to having to wear fake teeth for the rest of my life. he didn't follow up with me and i reviewed my notes myself and that information wasn't in the chart. he didn't keep his word . he was also very quick and seemed to be in a rush.
