ben is well informed and answered all my questions

met him in person, and he asked questions and gave reminders and then asked me what concerns or questions did i have.

ben was very responsive when i saw him in person and was the same on the telehealth call. he listened very carefully and made me feel comfortable.

all of my questions were answered. the purpose of the visit seemed to be just that. i wish that was made clear before the appointment. i thought there would be more information that ben had to share.

benjamin is always very attentive to my questions even though his answers are pretty much the same every visit but he is patient with me and that goes along way with me.. he does have suggestions but some i oppose but he seems as though he understands even if he feels differently

because i liked all his questions and answers.
