andrea barker did a wonderful job for me. however, the staff follow up needs improvement. more communication with patients as to their status and needed actions is needed.

it was a very strange appointment. andrea didn't know what i was there for. yet she was the one who told me to come back when i seen her the last time. so i asked her to check if the lichens was active. it was very awkward.
