October 2025
a great doctor
October 2025
dr. james was kind and seemed caring but i felt she was too soft spoken (could barely hear some of her questions) and her history taking was superficial at best. she clearly hadn't done a chart review which would have answered most of her questions and when presented with questions/concerns did not have helpful responses. there was a lot of silence and shoulder shrugging. she provided inaccurate information in some regards and generally i felt like the visit was a waste of time. she had a medical student with her really should be demonstrating better care for future physicians.
October 2025
she was prompt, friendly, reassuring, and inspired confidence in her ability to do her job well .
September 2025
great bedside manners and made me feel safe
