About me
- Vice Chair for Research; Director (Mixed Methods Research Lab)
- Professor of Family Medicine and Community Health at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania
I completed my residency and fellowship here at Penn and have enjoyed tremendously my time connecting with my patients and working with my colleagues over the years. I see patients, teach, partner with our community, and do research (see sections below).
For my patients, I will do my best to meet you where you are and partner with you to achieve your best life through building on your strengths and shouldering your challenges with you. I focus on prevention and take seriously the work it takes to live with and thrive with a chronic condition. I am committed to making our practice welcoming and safe for everyone with attention to the trauma of past discrimination and racism. I'll work hard for you and always do my best.
