Dr. Foley offers the full spectrum of open, endovascular and hybrid procedures to treat vascular disease. He builds relationships with his patients and provides ongoing health education and coaching to help his patients get and stay well.

He is Director of the Vascular Laboratory at Doylestown Hospital, serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a core faculty member of Doylestown Hospital's Transitional Year Residency Program.
