he went out of his way to get all things right into detail

he was nice and addressed what i came in for but he mentioned my weight increase and i did not respond because i did not want to talk about it but then he brought it up again and made me feel bad about myself.

he was very professional and answered every question i had.

As an immigrant, I truly appreciated his cultural sensitivity and the way he embraced my language. It created a warm and welcoming environment that made me feel understood and valued.

I felt like he listened to me and is trying to find a solution to my problem.
