he's excellent in every way as i said he's thorough, very knowledgeable, he listens. he has good bedside manner he takes you seriously and doesn't just dismiss your thoughts and feelings and symptoms.

the whole experience today was very good.

he was polite and assessed me quickly. i realized later if we had gone into greater detail that i had trouble with drops previously and needed an ear wick. once i got home and attempted drops, ear canals were too swollen to allow any in. i would have liked more info on how to keep this from recurring or what to do for pain in the interim.
