all points of my care gets addressed with each visit

i always walk out of my appointments with nicole with a better understanding of my disease and my treatment plan and i feel i have been heard as well

she is smart and extremely knowledgeable about everything that i had to do and explained all my meds and answered all my questions! super grateful

this was the first time i met nicole, but i will be seeing her throughout my chemo sessions probably three times. i know that she spent more time with us, than was expected she was very thorough and pleasant and really took away a lot of the anxiety and fears that i have going into the chemo sessions. she is truly an excellent asset to the department

i am sure nicole has other patients to see but she is never in a rush to end our visit. her listening skills are impeccable. while i did not get to see the doctor during this visit, i trust nicole to advocate on my behalf regarding any concerns i have or questions she is unable to answer.
