bedside manner could improve in provider. it was my first visit with ms. gill. maybe future need with this provider would be better.

asked about my tinnitus and seems to prush it off. or didn't hear depress i was with dealing with this and lack of sleep. or provide a specialist on tinnitus

provider was dismissive and unwilling to listen to my concerns. she made me extremely uncomfortable to the point that i almost walked out of the appointment. she was not knowledgeable about medication ingredients or medications that are safe to consume while breastfeeding. this entire scheduling process and appointment was a significant waste of my time and left my mental health in a much worse condition than when i started.. i very much regret scheduling this visit.
