About me

In 1989, graduated from Ankara University, School of Medicine, Turkey and went to Pakistan.

1989 to 2000 practiced medicine in Pakistan, got Gold Medal from Punjab University, Lahore in DCH (Diploma in Child Health) exam.

Selected as Chief Resident in Family Medicine residency training at RWJ after immigration to USA.

Currently working in Dayton, NJ with Penn - Princeton Primary Care.

Dr. Azam was patient he listened. he took his time and really showed he cared for not just me as a parent but for my child as the patient.
