the visit with michelle is always great. however my mammogram was at 10:00 today and my visit with michelle was at 11:30 today. it is now 4:00 and i have yet to receive the results of my mammogram. as a breast cancer survivor the wait is anxiety producing. up until last year i had my results in time for my appointment. very disappointing that it's no longer the case.

i felt heard by michelle. thank you for taking the time to understand my complex medical history and answer my questions.

terrific bedside manner. takes time to speak to patients like me, that don't speak english well. kind and warm
