doctor was personable, knowledgeable and efficient

dr flood did not answer direct questions, nor state why he didn't. what he responded with did not correlate to what we were discussing, as he spoke about things relating to an underlying condition i have or other issues i do t have, when i had made it clear that was not why i was there and it wasted time when i wanted to focus specifically on complicated wound healing i'm experiencing, which i made clear.
