Meghan Arredondo, PT, DPT

Meghan is a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University and completed pelvic floor training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She also holds a Pre- and Postnatal Coaching Certification through Girls Gone Strong (GGS), allowing her to help guide patients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and a safe return to exercise. She is passionate about helping patients move with confidence, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them. She takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to patient care and enjoys working with a wide range of orthopedic and pelvic health conditions. In her free time, she enjoys exploring cafés, spending time in Philadelphia, and hanging out with her dog.
