i was a little disappointed in the interaction. this was an acute care visit and not my normal provider. she took care of what we needed but wasn't super invested otherwise

she spent 2-3 minutes with us, took a swab of my son's mouth without much sensitivity, and most frustrating - never called or wrote on the portal as promised regarding test results.
