i believe dr. bloch is going to bring me relief from my migraines. i'm confident in his methods and appreciate the way he conducts our appointments!!!

there were three medications that were discussed in our appointment and i asked if they could be included in the summary form and they're not there which i know is not an intentional rudeness, but it does make me need to call back or try to find them on my own and i have very little time to follow up
