check in was a bit overwhelming. person checking me in was loud, having loud side conversations with staff and i felt inappropriate demeanor for the environment. dealing with serious cancer patients and the conversation and loudness was inappropriate.

she took my concerns about recurrence of her2 seriously and acknowledged i'm at peak timetable for possible recurrence. however, she also gave me hope for finding it early if it recurred.
