I am a nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience specializing in acute care, gerontology, and critical care. Holding national certifications, a Six Sigma Green Belt from Rutgers, and advanced training from the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Medical School, I am dedicated to clinical excellence. My work in transplant immunogenetics and cardiogenomics emphasizes evidence-based practice, reflected in my active role in cardiothoracic case reviews and protocol revisions.

I have been honored with awards such as the 2015 ITNS Transplant Nursing Excellence Award, the 2016 AANP State Award, the 2019 UPHS Advanced Practice Provider Scholarly and Research Award, and the 2022 Rutgers University Distinguished Alumni Award. As an international speaker and leader, I currently serve as President of the International Transplant Nurses Society (2024-2026).

Globally, I co-investigated the BRIGHT study, addressing critical issues like poor-quality care and medication non-adherence in 46 countries. My commitment to ongoing education and certifications underscores my dedication to providing exceptional care and leading in clinical practice.
