About me

Dr. Noble earned her medical degree and completed her residency at the University of Pennsylvania. Following three years practicing in the Mount Airy area, she returned to Penn Medicine in 2013 to offer her patients the advantages of an elite academic institution.

With over 14 years of experience, Dr. Noble has been committed to providing exceptional care. Her dedication led to her becoming the lead physician of her former practice and serving as the Regional Medical Director for Primary Care in Philadelphia from 2021 to 2024.

Now with Penn Personalized Care, Dr. Noble focuses on delivering individualized care through longer, more in-depth visits, which allows her to build strong, collaborative relationships with her patients.
