About me

My 15 years of prior experience as registered nnurse in cardiac and pre-anestheisia care, as well as 11 years as a nurse practitioner in internal medicine, has shaped the way that I practice today. I joined the breast surgery team at the Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institue in 2023. I am one part of a comrehensive breast cancer care team, and I provide care to patients during their breast cancer journey, from surgery to survivorship. In addition, I manage screening and assessment of patients who are at increased risk of developing breast cancer during their lifetime. My philosophy is one of collaboration and open discussion with patients regarding my recommendations for care.
