listened to all my concerns and addressed them thoughtfully

she takes your time and for some reason she just gets me. she's not judgmental. she listens to what i say and i feel very comfortable talking to her. that's all i can say and that's pretty good because i don't really talk. a whole lot of people i'm pretty evasive when it comes to that.

i have seen my provider for almost 10 years. she always makes me feel comfortable and listens to all my questions. she provides great information.
