Laura Naydovich, MD

I am a neurologist specializing in neuroimmunology, with a focus on multiple sclerosis and related neuroinflammatory disorders. I have a special interest in inherited white matter disorders and am dedicated to improving their recognition, diagnosis, and long-term care.

As a long-time resident of the Philadelphia area, I am grateful for the opportunity to care for patients in this community and beyond. I am committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care while building strong, collaborative relationships with my patients. My goal is to create a space where they feel heard, informed, and supported as they navigate the many decisions of living with chronic neurologic disease.

I am actively involved in collaborative clinical research initiatives aimed at advancing care and expanding treatment options in neuroimmunology.
