the provider i meet with did not take the time to listen to my concerns so we could form a plan centered around me and what i felt was best for my treatment plan.

she takes her time and talks to me and help me understand if i'm a little unsure. she's a very busy woman the only thing i don't like is when her appointments are so full that i have to do a phone appointment. i feel like i get a better experience in person

she is the only person i like to see! she doesn't dismiss your questions and will sit and actually work through the number unlike the doctors. she is willing to check in with you after trying the new basal rates and getting bloodwork done.
