waited 45 minutes. after 7 minutes with dr phelps she said over and over that i was only scheduled for a "short" visit basically cutting me off. she was obviously over booked, rushed, annoyed and indifferent. constantly talking over me and said three times that our visit was only a "short" visit. whatever that means. zero communication zero empathy.
