i called my doctor because i was worried i have lymes, having had it 3 other times and she wanted me to go to urgent care. why do i have a primary care physician if i can't ever get an appointment and when i do telemed they send me elsewhere.

i told her i had a headache and my body ache. she recommended i take nasal spray because i likely would have that symptom next. i wanted prescription for my headache like ibuprofen but she told me to just buy tylenol, mucus drugs and take covid test. so it feels like she didn't address my current issues and told me to buy medicine for symptoms i don't have.

she was thorough and explained things well. gave clear instructions and advice

no additional, just a pleasant experience. very convenient.

the directions were not clear. she said that i needed lab work, but i didn't know that i had to also see my pcd. i made an appointment with the lab, but there was no record of an order for me.
