was able to see me right away when i had a health concern. so kind, caring and thorough.

katie is very thorough when reviewing past results. she always provides useful and insightful information ie. the use of magnesium and plaque testing. she is receptive to questions which is much appreciated being that i only meet with her annually. my preference is that all questions and responses are discussed prior to or after the actual examination, as i do with my other doctors. the exam itself is quick therefore it should be limited to just the examination itself. a small period of time should be used just for a discussion so it seems less rushed. unfortunately no blood was drawn, as the phlebotomist left prior to my 4 pm appointment. i unnecessarily fasted all day. never was i notified of this at the time of making my appointment, as a result i need to return to have blood drawn. this was very disappointing.
