i was very impressed how personable and knowledgeable karen was.

i felt safe and comfortable with ms. kang

for the second time, the provider was given a letter as my way of communicating (i am neurodivergent and find communication difficult in the moment) and it was not addressed nor reflected in her after visit notes. i explained my pain and how it was affecting my life, but even when voiced, i was shut down.

karen is personable, thorough, efficient, and compassionate. definitely the kind of person you want on your medical team!

Dr. Kang makes you feel heard and comfortable to speak about any symptom whether its physical or mental. she addresses all needs in a timely fashion without being overbearing or pushy with her suggestions. she gives a variety of options and makes sure you are comfortable with the outcome before the visit is complete
