Kara O'Hara, CRNP

I began working in healthcare over 20 years ago as a nursing assistant and student and now am proud to serve as a Nurse Practitioner at LG Health Physicians Family Medicine Downtown where I have worked in various roles for the last 12 years. As someone who cares deeply about the link between the life experiences that influence and a person's mental and physical health, I am excited about my role to provide holistic care for each person I encounter, through individualized attention, careful listening, and intentional follow-up. It is my desire that every person feels seen and heard at every encounter. 

Away from work, I have a wonderful husband of over 20 years who I share three amazing children with. I can be found tending to my every growing collection of houseplants or cheering on my children in their various athletic and musical endeavors.
