About me

  • Program Director, Fellowship in Addiction Medicine
  • Associate Professor of Clinical Family Medicine and Community Health

I strive to create a safe and open space to partner with each of my patients to support their health goals and specific needs. I welcome patients of all racial and ethnic backgrounds, genders and sexual orientations, and those affected by trauma and addiction. As a family doctor, I care for my patients from newborn through geriatrics, including prenatal, gynecologic and hospital care. I am also board certified in Addiction Medicine and coordinate our office’s program in Medication for Opiate Use Disorder and work in community outreach and overdose prevention in collaboration with Prevention Point Philadelphia. In addition, I have training in breastfeeding and lactation support. I am passionate about medical student and residency education, and often work with learners in the office who greatly enhance the care I provide.
