i make appointments only when necessary.. when i am sick, injured, etc. and only after i have tried to remedy the issue at home. having said that, if i call in or come for an office visit, the provider should give me the courtesy and respect to listen to my concerns, show some compassion and provide the care necessary. judith did that... !

felt she listened to me and cared about rx.

i feel like it's more of a personality clash rather than the actual experience. judy is very pushy and rude to some extent. she basically forced me into taking patches to quit smoking. she even asked me if she was being to pushy. i mean come on i get you are trying to be a good provider but, she's always pushing that when i go in to see her.

my first time meeting and she just made me feel at ease. easy to talk to so patient and for that type of exam excellent bedside manner.

her great patient-doctor friendliness, and how she knows how to ask the right questions.

she makes you feel at ease. she takes time to get to know your problem. she is very caring.
