she seems to genuinely pay attention, while i have had unpleasant experiences with others who seemed to &quot;shrug off&quot; my concerns without discussion. she seems well researched in trying to solve multiple issues with one solution, which i greatly appreciate when it comes to taking medication(s).

appointment was great very little waiting. treated like a person not just a number

dr vafeas is professional and always makes me feel comfortable.

i had a 1:00 pm appt, thinking that should have a low waiting time; however she ran behind for over an hour. i inquired if it was an emergency but was told it had much to do with a little bit of time for each patient. this sounds to me like more time needs to be allowed for each patient

she is knowledgeable, caring, and thorough.
