the items on the after visit notes were not directly discussed even after i asked the purpose of the visit. i also asked about forms of excercise. the provider also did not review the cardiac rehab notes until i referred to them three times. she never addressed anything on the &quot;cr&quot; notes.

very comfy and had a general concern of my overall health.

when a patient comes in with pain, i think the doctor should use the stethoscopes and listen to the sound of the heart, not just send to do a stress test

this was the initial visit with her and she did not introduce herself. my sister and i were both wearing masks and she didn't ask if we would like her to wear one. she was never personable. she didn't offer any explanation for why i was having symptoms just said they're not cardio. when we asked what they could be or what should be done, she suggested the pulmonary work up but had we not asked she wouldn't have done anything. didn't ask for a brief account of why i was there or any history.
