i felt like the provider could have been more personable and tried to get to know me

very articulate. listened to my issues and responded to my needs and wishes!

dr. lankalis is pleasant, professional, and listens to the patient concerns and gives honest feedback.

he is thorough, skilled , knowledgeable, and reassuring.

one of the most knowledgeable providers involved in my care. straight to the point, caring, kind, relaxed, collected, and friendly. medical issues can be confusing and frustrating, but dr. lankalis truly takes his time to make sure you understand what's going on and what the next steps are. i personally don't do well with needles, but dr. lankalis was super understanding and more than willing to take breaks from botox injections when i need it. i didn't feel uncomfortable to ask for breaks and trusted him with the injections

it was a good experience and i will give a recommendation to any place that is good and i feel others can enjoy or take away from it
