she listens and provides good solutions. she also seems to understand the long-covid experience and not dismiss concerns.

no complaints. she is on time, sincere, and a down-to earth provider. she meets me where i'm at and helps me with finding treatments that are realistic.

it's tough to deal with long covid because there aren't any answers yet. but joanna is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all the newest research. she does everything she can to help and i trust her.

i've suffered for 3 years, seen many specialist. not to mention the financial aspect. after 1 visit with dr. ellis, she was able to identify and come up with a plan to reduce the symptoms of my fibromyalgia to the point in which i am now almost feeling back to normal.
