having a provider who understands pasc (long covid) like joanna is hard to come by. she is an invaluable resource in my healthcare team.

no complaints. she is on time, sincere, and a down-to earth provider. she meets me where i'm at and helps me with finding treatments that are realistic.

i was falling apart, sick, depressed, scared, desperate fire someone to listen &amp; understand &amp; help me. joanna did all of that and so much more. she is also easy to talk to &amp; very compassionate.

it was very nice talking with my provider. so far it was just an assessment with some recommendations and hopefully i can find something that helps me recover. for now i'm waiting on a paper to be signed by a doctor.

very thorough but not enough specific measures for me to take. mostly due to the newness of the affliction, not the skills of joanna.

joanna ellis is literally one of the best medical practitioners i have ever met. everything from her knowledge, to her way with her patients, she listens, she cares, she is kind and compassionate and she comes up with solutions to my problems, and really listens to my symptoms and takes an approach that takes lifestyle/job&amp; family demands, financial situation into account when devising a plan of care that is so appreciated!!!!!

i can't express in words Joanna's ability to treat me in a way that works best for me and helped me with my anxiety, as she e me feel heard, and honestly her knowledge gave me confidence that she can help me. she had recent research that she was able to state off the top of her head responding to questions that i randomly threw at her.
