she worked quickly and efficiently with me to create a multi-pronged approach to managing my son's asthma. she was well informed when she entered the room, and clearly had a detailed understanding of my son's background and symptoms. she explained her reasoning clearly and answered every question i had. all of this makes me very confident about her ability as a provider. it also helps that she's super funny too.
