i totally respect dr. chung for not only her knowledge but also her compsssion.

just a very pleasant examination and friendly experience!!

i would recommend her to anyone dealing with my disease

same as noted above. knowledgeable, kind, professional

they were polite and courteous and gave me all the necessary information.

i would come n see her again if i have to

she answered all of my questions and was very helpful

dr chung took her time and explained in detail my prognosis,she answered all my questions and i never felt rushed.

i felt seen, heard, &amp; safe; which was so very important for me. experienced unpleasant circumstances in a medical setting w/provider in previous yrs that made me feel afraid to speak up.

i feel like she may very well have saved my life.

doctors were fine but i'm not sure what the next steps will be in my treatment. the rest of the staff were not very friendly at all.

she is always very knowledgeable, concerned and caring.

provider told me that i was scheduled with the wrong type of provider that she only saw patient with lymphoma. i told her that i did not ask to see her, but rather was scheduled with her based on what i told the scheduler

completely satisfied with my exam and answers provided to my concerns

she was very pleasant and thorough and answered all questions.

answered all our questions and felt very confident of her diagnosis!

only because i have not seen much improvement but maybe my problem is very difficult. also, i would like to see someone older and more experienced.

she put me at ease while still presenting the facts about my rare disease

the dermatologist i saw was willing to listen to me and was very professional in explaining my problems to me before providing solutions.

dr. jina chung has that wonderful combination of being a very pleasant and knowledgeable doctor. during visits, she allows you the time you need with her ... a rare trait these days.

i don't know much about her. only had 1 quick appointment

very fast full body exam of no more than 3 minutes, felt rushed, and that the full body exam was not efficient or proactive in looking at my skin. will be going somewhere else where i can have a thorough full exam

dr. chung treated me immediately which i did not expect. i thought i would need to come back for treatment. i am very pleased!

she was very kind and made me feel at ease

dr. chung demonstrated that she was an expert in regards to my diagnosis and did an excellent job explaining complex concepts in way that was easy to understand.
