she was completely unfamiliar with my case. it's a good thing. i read my own test results. she was incapable of explaining my test results to me any further than i already understood. i had questions, but she couldn't answer any of my questions. for example, she said the urologist may want me to take an additional test. i asked her to describe the test to me. i asked her if it was similar to an mri or an ultrasound and her answer was "you take it in radiology". i asked her about some specific things that could be causing my problem and she was basically clueless about what advice to give me.
