i waited over an hour to be seen, and when i was finally seen, i wasn't even acknowledged by an apology for the long wait! i was just told that she got behind schedule, yet i had an 8:30 am appointment. and furthermore, when i questioned when i was going to be seen, i was told she was running 20 mins behind, when a half hour had already passed. plus, i arrived at 8:15 and not one time did i hear a patient called for her. there weren't many patients waiting, so yes my husband and i heard who everyone was there to see.
