Dr. Wink is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of The Johns Hopkins University. He received his medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania where he also completed a master’s of science in translational research and his integrated plastic surgery residency. He then completed an orthopedic hand and microvascular surgery fellowship at the world renowned Curtis National Hand Center at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD.

Dr. Wink’s practice includes reconstructive plastic surgery, hand surgery and microsurgery. He has a specific clinical interest in complex hand and upper extremity reconstruction including bone and soft tissue.
