there was a slight mix up when the last minute scheduling took place. the person who scheduled me said i was required to come in for an appointment in order to have her blood tested . the nurse practitioner said there was no record of my call and that i didnt need an in person appointment for a blood tested. it was mixed messages. not sure why. anyhow, i was happy to see the np and have my blood tested so last minute. thank you np for working on christmas eve and helping me.

he listened to my concerns and presented options . he included me in my care .

he is smart and i had great confidence in his abilities.

jacob was very knowledgeable and took time to address my concerns.

i believe he would make any referral comfortable.

there is always going to be a need for good health care service, that being said when one is found, spreading the word is important to do.

jake did a great job examining me and explaining everything. he's very kind.

jacob is always very nice, knowledgeable and truly cares.
