he was such a careful listener. plus, his responses and opinions were expressed directly and clearly moreover, although he is a very highly experienced and respected doctor, he came across in such a straightforward manner and even stated at one point that he did not know the status of a particular issue. i left feeling extremely grateful for having dr. coslett analyze my status.
