she did a great job making me feel at ease, explaining what was going on, answering questions, etc.

i was disappointed that the provider did not offer any details about the results of the tests until i asked for them. then what she said was minimal as if she assumed i wouldn't understand a more detailed technical discussion. i had to ask for a printout of the results. i also felt rushed out. i still have questions about the results and next steps.

i think ms lerner is highly qualified, knowledgeable, and has excellent skills with patients, making them feel both informed and comfortable.

i did not request hearing exam but was good to have for baseline and she explained each step
