very nice and took time to answer questions

gina was outstanding in her knowledge and ability during the balance test. during certain stressful parts of the test, she was able to help me, calm me, redirect the fear and i found this very helpful.

she explained the results in a way i could understand

she is very patient and listen to my concerns.

she did a great job making me feel at ease, explaining what was going on, answering questions, etc.

she makes me feel very comfortable during the test.

i was disappointed that the provider did not offer any details about the results of the tests until i asked for them. then what she said was minimal as if she assumed i wouldn't understand a more detailed technical discussion. i had to ask for a printout of the results. i also felt rushed out. i still have questions about the results and next steps.

i think ms lerner is highly qualified, knowledgeable, and has excellent skills with patients, making them feel both informed and comfortable.

i did not request hearing exam but was good to have for baseline and she explained each step

the dr seemed kind of curt. very professional, and explained my hearing results very well. but didn't seem at all interested in why i had come in. like it was a waste of time that i was there.
