very professional and takes the time to ask questions .

professional and explained things while listening to my concerns

she actually listened. she actually seems like she cared

she took all my concerns seriously and did not make me feel like i was asking something dumb. i felt like i had a good report with her right away.

polite and helpful to me. all together an easier experience than others i've had

emily was very engaged, listened, and provided assistance needed.

i told her i was so exhausted that i need 12 hours of sleep a night and she told me my problem is that i'm probably sleeping too much and should just set an alarm earlier. as if i'd never heard that before. it felt really invalidating

becoming a new patient, i feel all of my questions were answered.

was able to get an appointment that suited my schedule and was seen on time

although we hadn't met before, i have confidence in her abilities!

she actually cares and listens to my concerns and helps me address them in a way that gets results.

i've already recommended her to my husband to use for any future appointments.
