friendly service all way around from the time i stepped in the front door

very nice to talk to and easy to communicate with. it make me feel comfortable to ask a question

the doctor gets a five because i was totally satisfied with my appointment. she was professional and proficient.

the wait was excessive and it seemed like the ma forgot about me. the visit was disorganized. the dr didn't realize that i was there for an annual well care visit until afterwards and so we then finished the full scope of annual visit.

i believe provider needed to be more discreet about patient information.

my appointment was at 10:40 i got there early didn't get to see the doctor i waited till 10:25 still didn't get to see the doctor so i left

she told me some effects about marijuana.that i didn't know and some more options i can do. like for example like gummies. she's very patient appreciate that.

because she is a very pleasant person and lady

she was overall very professional and helped me with all of my issues.

i never used to be comfortable giving any medical provider details about my health. yet dr. wetterer first makes a patient feel comfortable and accepted. then it honestly feels like she then does her very best to get you the proper care that's needed for your specific situation; i cherish that type of care.

great communication skills. knowledgeable, and demonstrated a caring attitude

she's been my primary and ob and she excels in both roles.

the doctor was very dismissive and anal. she labeled me as something i told her i wasn't and she tried to test me for something aside from what my visit was for. i explained traveling for this visit and nothing was accomplished today.

i went in very scared and disappointed about all of my new additional health concerns. i now have hope in getting better and look forward to improving my health

dr. wetterer was incredibly personable and attentive; she listened and left space for my concerns and jostled them along with me to see what may be going on. she did a quick physical assessment given my back pain issue and it never felt invasive. addressed all of my medical concerns even the ones i didn't immediately come in for

she helped me to fill out my forms and also agreed that the medication i was prescribed was bad for my heart and recommended tylenol instead i tolerate that better and it helps with my pain without the side effects

can't think of anything. i appreciated that she offered to be my pcp when i told her mine has changed so much that i didn't even know who it was currently.
