she was a genuinely friendly and caring provider

i really like liz. i think she's an asset to the community and to penn med. she's relatable and assuming, nonjudgmental and easy to communicate with. i'm so thankful that i was sent her way. i hope we have a long relationship together.

ms. ruhl was a friendly, confident, and intelligent provider. she was prepared to meet with me specifically and obviously comfortable with my situation. she answered my questions and open to listening to my concerns, readily discussing answers and offering reasonable solutions.

she took her time was very good with my medication because i take a lot more right now very understanding does not make you feel uncomfortable which some people do i was very happy to have her
