provider (dr. donna fitzgerald) was rude, dismissive, and highly condescending. she did not conduct an adequate assessment -- when i attempted to elaborate on my complaint, she did not allow me to explain my symptoms and frequently interrupted me. i attempted to explain how my symptoms might be tied to diagnosed chronic illnesses on my chart, and she immediately dismissed and ignored me. especially considering i booked this appointment for a medical emergency, i am extremely disappointed in the quality of care provided by dr. fitzgerald.
