denise was amazing! she took the time to explain everything very well, answer all of my questions and helped alleviate some of my worries over my first abnormal mri. she has a great bedside manner. she made sure that i understood why she was recommending a particular course of action for me now vs. what she might recommend in the future if things change. she walked me through how cancer risk is determined using a questionnaire, and quickly connected me with genetic counseling based on my risk. when i told her my insurance company said my co-pay was the same for an ultrasound as an mri, she thought that sounded odd. so she checked with the radiology billing department &amp; quickly called me to tell me the correct (and much lower) co-pay amount. she went above and beyond! she is incredible and i felt like i was in very good hands!
