dana showed she cared. didn't rush the call. offered several suggestions for my issue. i like her very much &amp; am glad she's my pcp. i was babysitting two young grandchildren today and had to keep them occupied while on the call and the wait was a bit much, but i understand things happen that cause delays. that wouldn't stop me from recommending dana or penn medicine to others.
