CJ Carcuffe, DO, MBA, is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician specializing in non-operative musculoskeletal and spine care. He treats a wide range of conditions affecting the muscles, joints, nerves, and spine, with a focus on reducing pain, restoring function, and helping patients remain active.

His clinical interests include back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, sports and musculoskeletal injuries. He incorporates musculoskeletal ultrasound into his practice and performs image-guided joint injections, trigger point injections, osteopathic manipulative treatment, and cryoneurolysis.

Dr. Carcuffe takes an individualized, function-focused approach to care, combining rehabilitation, exercise, medications and minimally invasive procedure when appropriate. He completed his residency in PM&R at the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as Chief Resident and was actively involved in medical education, quality improvement, and musculoskeletal ultrasound training.
