I am a primary care doctor and practice in a blended faculty-resident clinic where we have resident physicians and medical students particpate in care. I am also the director of population health for our division and associate director of quality for Penn Medicine Primary Care. In this role I work with multidisciplinary team members to improve the quality of care patients at Penn Medicine receive by creating best practices and working with innovation and research partners to deliver novel ways to improve care and reduce existing disparities.
