About me

As a member of the Alzheimer's and Memory Care Program, our team of physicians, neuropsychologists, nurse case managers, social worker and counselor strives to provide comprehensive diagnostics, treatments and care recommendations to individuals and family members of individuals experiencing cognitive changes. We use a holistic approach and help access community resources to maintain and maximize the functional status of patients under our care.
